1. Services

SDG Services provides boiler servicing, gas safety checks, and related heating services in Bedfordshire. All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require full payment at the time of booking
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference
• Please ensure someone over 18 is present at the property during the appointment

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

4. Access Requirements

To carry out our services, we require:

• Clear access to the boiler and any gas appliances
• Access to the gas meter
• A responsible adult (18+) present throughout the visit

If we cannot access the property or required areas, we may need to reschedule and a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Service Guarantee

All our work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with Gas Safe regulations. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will address your concerns.

6. Safety

If during a service or inspection we identify an immediate safety risk (e.g., gas leak, carbon monoxide risk), we are legally obligated to make the situation safe. This may involve isolating the gas supply. We will always explain our findings and provide a written report.

7. Certificates

For Gas Safety Checks, you will receive a CP12 certificate (Landlord Gas Safety Record) via email within 24 hours of the completed inspection. This certificate is valid for 12 months.

8. Liability

SDG Services holds public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except in cases of negligence.
